I'm a 20-year-old pursuing a double degree in Mathematics and Economics at Queen's University, Canada. My interests lie in financial engineering, operations research, operations management and microeconomics. I like using both qualitative and quantitative methods to understand and address complex problems in science, economics, and markets.
Following my interest in systems analysis, statistics, mathematics, human decisions and incentive structures, I decided to pursue degrees in both Economics and Mathematics. You can find the details of my coursework here.
I want to play a small role in pushing humanity forward, uncovering discoveries in the social and natural sciences, and solving complex problems in both academia and business. I'm also an infrequent classical guitarist, history geek, and an aspiring adventure racer and triathlete.
Currently, as a recipient of the NSERC Undergraduate Summer Research Award (USRA), I'm working under the tutelage and supervision of Professor Murray Lei at Queen's University and Professor Anton Ovchinnikov at INSEAD on a microeconomic research project. Specifically, I'm investigating how the reversal of information asymmetry in the era of Big Data affects firms’ pricing and return policy decisions.
I was also fortunate to work across venture capital, fintech, and research in both technical and non-technical roles, including strategy consulting, data science, revenue operations, and partnerships. Below are the organizations I've worked at and my roles.

Happy to add more context and detail to any of these experiences over a coffee or a virtual meeting.
